In the pre-assessment section of this learning module, participants began a self-reflection narrative. Part 1 of this narrative asked participants to focus their learning on the reason(s) for completing this module, what they already knew about Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), the knowledge they hoped to gain, their perceived roadblock(s) to PLC implementation, and the resources needed to overcome this/these barrier(s). To receive continuing education credits (CEUs) or professional development credit, participants will complete Part 2 of this narrative by reflecting on their learning. In addition to the self-reflection narrative, participants will create a plan outlining their next steps for PLC implementation.
Directions for Part 2 of the Self-Reflection Narrative:

- How does what you learned relate to what you wanted to learn?
- How did your understanding of the roadblock(s) to participating in PLCs change as a result of this module?
- What additional information do you need to overcome barriers to PLC implementation? Where can you locate additional resources?
- What next step(s) will you take to participate in PLCs to improve student success?
