You have probably stumbled upon this page in a state of frustration. A principal or district official has likely told you to implement Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), but your issue is how. You may even think it is impossible to do. The purpose of this learning module is to provide information for teachers and administrators to learn ways to overcome barriers to participate in PLCs.
